Environment Painting

Could be better.  I learned that environments, especially ones with leaves and rocks, are kinda time consuming.

Dorothy the Witch

Midterm from my painting class.  Dorothy feels bad for squashing the witch of the East and tries to take her place.

Serenity

More practice.  I did a painting from the end of Serenity.  I was interested by how much of the frame was black but still read clearly.  I also wanted to capture the strange way the captain's skin changes from a sickly yellow to red before going to black.

Trunk Monkey

A classic BYU assignment, what will your trunk monkey do?
We were limited to 4 presentation boards for a commercial

I'm not sure about the blood or the gun blast, but it looks less like the monkey actually did something without them.
